Nestled in between a bloc of apartment buildings you will find the Zoravor Surp Astvatsatsin Church, the oldest surviving church in Yerevan.
The church was built in 1693-94 thanks to the donation of Khoja Panos who was one of the wealthiest residents of Yerevan. It was built on the site of a previous ruined 17th century monastery.
