About a 20 minute drive on a dirt road southeast of Yeghipatrush we reach a treasure on the shores of the scenic Aparan reservoir, the St. Poghos & Petros (Paul & Peter) Church of Zovuni. Although the official date of construction is unknown, it has been dated to the 5th century.
