On the mountainous slopes overlooking the fertile Ararat valley we find our next hidden gem, the Spitak Vank (White Monastery) & settlement.

A rough unpaved 2.5km "road" from the north side of Lanjanist village takes you to the site in about 10 minutes by 4x4 or about a 30-40 minute walk.
